New Faculty Orientation

Library information helpful to new faculty.

Databases

A list of our current research databases can be found at http://libguides.franklinpierce.edu/az.php Occasionally, the library will offer trials to new databases which we are considering. Contact the Reference/Instruction Librarian with your comments and questions.

The library maintains research guides (also known as LibGuides) for broad subject areas as well as for individual classes. If you would like one of our librarians to create a LibGuide for your course, please contact the Reference/Instruction Librarian. You can see a full list of our current guides at http://libguides.franklinpierce.edu/

Website

Our website is located at http://libguides.franklinpierce.edu/dipietro, and features links to scholarly databases, subject-specific research guides, and to other NHCUC libraries. All of our databases are available off-campus. Off-campus users will be prompted for their network login.  We welcome your suggestions. Additionally, we do catalog websites, so you may find web resources among your online catalog search results.
