Librarians are eager to assist you and your students with research instruction! We can provide instruction sessions for every major on campus, and a wide range of topics. Our goal is to enhance students' understanding of the credibility of information sources, ability to develop and modify research questions, and search the library's catalog and databases.
In order for your students to get the most out of a library instruction session:
Library instruction comprises much more than just finding books. Librarians work to instill critical thinking and information literacy skills in students while teaching them how to find information in today's complex information ecosystem.
This form is for use by undergraduate, graduate, and online classes. Instruction can be held in the IDEAL Center in the library, in your classroom, or via Zoom.
